1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and pkop ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkop platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and promotional services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the pkop platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. pkop reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice provided to registered users.

2Eligibility

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online casino and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of pkop, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• pkop reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting identity documentation as part of the KYC process.

pkop employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may request further documentation at any time. Access to the platform will be suspended pending satisfactory completion of any required verification. Players found to have provided false information regarding their age will have their accounts closed and any funds forfeited.

3Account Registration

To access any real-money game or betting market on pkop, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. pkop uses this information to comply with its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and to maintain platform security.

• Each player may hold only one pkop account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account per person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• All account information provided at registration and subsequently must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. You must promptly notify pkop of any change to your registered details.
• pkop reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting proof of identity (national ID, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts registered with false, incomplete, or unverifiable information may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice, and any balance within such accounts may be forfeited.

pkop accounts are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account or any rights associated with your account to another party. Accounts used for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties are prohibited and subject to immediate closure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

pkop supports a range of local Bangladesh payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and card payments via Visa and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for most supported payment methods. Specific minimum deposit thresholds for individual payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your pkop account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. pkop does not impose processing fees on standard deposits.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). First-time withdrawals require submission of supporting identity documentation before processing can begin.
• Verified account withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Processing times for other payment methods may vary and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account held in your own name and that matches the details registered on your pkop account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5Bonuses and Promotions

pkop offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual offer.

• Bonuses are credited to the account balance only after a qualifying deposit has been made and the relevant promotional conditions have been met.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• pkop reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Bonuses already credited to accounts that have met their qualifying deposit conditions will not be retroactively removed except in cases of fraudulent activity.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• pkop reserves the right to exclude individual players from specific promotions where there is evidence of abusive bonus behaviour, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies intended to exploit bonus terms, or collusion.

The welcome bonus is available to new pkop players on their first deposit only. It is not available to players who have previously held a pkop account or who have previously claimed the welcome bonus under any promotion. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is ৳500.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on pkop are provided by certified third-party providers. pkop does not develop or operate its own proprietary games. Game results are determined by the respective provider's certified RNG systems or by live dealer outcomes, neither of which are modified by pkop.

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• pkop reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical fault, data error, or provider error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sporting body. In the event of a match or event cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the provider's stated settlement rules for that market.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be updated by pkop or the provider at any time.
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring they understand the rules and paytables of any game before placing real-money bets. pkop accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics or odds.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkop platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one pkop account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or the withdrawal process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by pkop.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of any illegal activity, or using pkop in connection with any unlawful purpose whatsoever.
• Colluding with other players, platform staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities on the platform. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are not payable and will be reversed.

8Account Suspension and Termination

pkop reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or termination:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or account registration obligations.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time following a request from pkop.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. pkop will provide reasonable notice before closing an inactive account and will attempt to return any remaining verified balance to the account holder.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting pkop support. Closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

9Responsible Gaming

pkop is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players stay in control of their gambling activity. Casino and sports betting at pkop is intended for entertainment only. Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-management tools available on the platform or to contact the pkop support team.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may set session duration reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified length of time.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a long-term self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years by contacting pkop support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in permanent account restriction for the chosen period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period.

10Privacy and Data Protection

pkop collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, fulfil its KYC obligations, process payments, and communicate with registered players. The manner in which pkop collects, stores, uses, and protects your personal data is described in full in the pkop Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering on pkop you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the pkop Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by pkop, subject to pkop's legal obligations to retain certain records. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

11Intellectual Property

All content on the pkop platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, and game interfaces supplied by pkop — is the property of pkop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any pkop content without express prior written consent from pkop. Game content is the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is subject to that provider's licensing terms.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkop's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pkop accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of winnings or game credits arising from a network interruption, device failure, power outage, or other technical circumstance beyond pkop's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's own decision to place bets or wagers, including losses sustained through in-play betting, crash game mechanics, or live dealer outcomes.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, whether or not pkop has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13Amendments to These Terms

pkop reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — for example, a change to eligibility criteria, bonus wagering requirements, or withdrawal conditions — pkop will provide registered players with at least 7 days' advance notice via email or via an in-platform notification before the revised Terms take effect.

Continued use of the pkop platform after the revised Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact pkop support to request account closure.
